Zumba

Monday @ 6:30pm   

Zumba offers a workout for the whole body.  It is a powerful exercise with a 600-1000 calorie burn in just an hour.  Class is for all fitness levels.

Restorative Yoga

Kenpō Karate

Tuesday/Thursday @ 5:30pm

Sensei Kevin is a third degree black belt with 38 years of experience in Kenpo Karate. Kenpo is a combination of ancient fighting arts and modern scientific principles designed to deal with today’s Street Self-Defense situations. Kenpo was developed by Ed Parker and incorporates aspects of Karate, Kung Fu, Ju-Jitsu, Judo and Boxing.

Footloose Fun with Gina

Tuesday @ 6:15 (Check BCFC Facebook page and above google calendar for the Tuesdays offered). Class on hold until further notice

This class is the equivalent of a 2 mile, high energy walk.  This class is for everyone, if you can walk, you can do it.  Come groove with Gina footloose style.

Core Pilates

Thursday @ 6:30

Core PIlates is just that…. working your core.  This class will help muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, back, hips and buttocks which are the core muscles of your body.
