Thursday 7:15 pm   

Zumba offers a workout for the whole body.  It is a powerful exercise with a 600-1000 calorie burn in just an hour.  Class is for all fitness levels.

Kenpō Karate

Tuesday/Thursday @ 5:30pm

Sensei Kevin is a third degree black belt with 38 years of experience in Kenpo Karate. Kenpo is a combination of ancient fighting arts and modern scientific principles designed to deal with today’s Street Self-Defense situations. Kenpo was developed by Ed Parker and incorporates aspects of Karate, Kung Fu, Ju-Jitsu, Judo and Boxing. 

Members: $6 / class

Non-Members $8 / class

Skill Level: Beginner to Advanced

Core Pilates

Thursday @ 6:00 pm

Core PIlates is just that…. working your core.  This class will help muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, back, hips and buttocks which are the core muscles of your body.  

Members: $5/class

Non-Members- $7/class

Skill Level: Beginners to advanced


Yoga classes will include challenging poses to increase strength and flexibility while focusing on connecting the mind, body, and breath. Classes will be beginner friendly flows with options for all fitness levels.

Monday @ 7:00 pm and Friday @ 5:45 am
