Boone County Fitness Center has a no refund policy for any purchased memberships.

Replacement 24 hour access fobs are $10 and can be paid for at the front desk.

Cancellation of your Fitness Center membership requires a signed cancellation form before the 5th of
the month for all bank draft withdrawals. Members must notify the Fitness Center management of any
changes of bank or employment that would affect payment procedure

Boone County Fitness is a safe and friendly environment for people to enjoy the benefits of exercise. We have a strict no smoking policy in order to be able to provide this benefit to as many people as possible.

Pool parties require a signed pool party agreement form.

Children under the age of 16 need an adult (over the age of 18) to be in attendance to use the pool or hot tub. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the hot tub.

All members and visitors must check in at the front desk.

Our younger members aged 13 – 15 years old need a signed permission form before they may use the facility alone. Members under 13 may not use the facility alone.
